1 / Double grooved
disk
Depth fertilization Kit It fertilizes alongside the line
(see option section)
It has a great cutting and penetration capacity, which
allows the local fertilizer implantation alongside the
line.
(See option section) |
|
| |
|
|
| |
2 / Turbo knife cutter
It cuts the stubble without incorporating it and breaks
up a portion of soil where the double planter disk operates.
It is assembled on a cutter bar which absorb the different
soil hardness without affecting the double planter disk.
Optional Corrugated knife cutter for different soils and
coverage. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
3 / Rotating disk
It adds the granulated fertilizer to the line under extreme
conditions of stubble volume.
Optional The brake shoe may be limited when operating
in great coverage. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
4 / Stubble sweeper
It moves the stubble to help the soil temperature and
the crop emergence.
Optional. The cold chisel is placed in front of the planter
disk to remove the stubble from the sowing line. |
|

|
|
| |
5 / Double planter disk.
It operates on a broken up portion of soil, that is why
lower pressure is required and it does not compress the
furrow lateral walls.
The double disk is the most versatile deep-furrow drill
system. It has a close angle that provides a minimum soil
resistance. |

6 / Limiting wheel system.
The limiting wheel system with rocker arm averages the
land differences. The wheels operate at the same level
where the seed dropping pipe is placed, generating an
efficient depth control. The limiting wheels do not raise
dust and stubbles and clean the dust that tries to adhere
to the disk.
Optional Protective cover. |
|

|
| |
7 / Plastic tang.
Steady seed device which guarantees the seed-to-soil contact.
It avoids the seed bounce and keeps it at the bottom of
the “V”. It operates under any circumstance.
Optional: press wheel for seeds. It firms down the seed
in the “V” of the surrow.
It is advisable for sandy loam soils without excessive
humidity. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
8 / Covering wheels.
Their function is to leave the seed protected and in touch
with the humid soil. There are different kinds of wheels
according to the different soil conditions.
