    Pneumatic Dosing Machine
The pneumatic dosing machine operates with the principle of suction which retains the seed in a gauged orifice. There is a plate for each type. It accepts non-gauged seeds. The plate rotates in a vertical plan and carefully treats the seed tegument. The system has double seed grader, guaranteeing a grain per grain sowing.
The dosing machine has a hydraulic motor activated in two different ways which makes the turbine rotates, according to the required specifications of the tractor.

- The hydraulic circuit is separated from the tractor circuit.

The dosing machine with horizontal plate operates placing a seed on each socket of the sowing sheet (mono-grain). Each seed gauge has its respective plate. In this system the selection of the plate is very important to have seeds of very good gauging.
 

Transmission and dosing system.
The transmission system is based on the principle of a free rotation without friction. It guarantees an excellent sowing quality without slips and mistakes. Its components are assembled on self-lubricated and self-aligned bearings.
The dosing is made through an oil bath 27-speed gearbox assembled on bearings.

   
 
 
 

Chevron type fertilizer dosing machine with rollers. It operates with all kind of granulated fertilizers.
The hopper has discharged pipes at the bottom for its cleaning. And to achieve an optimum cleaning the parting and the hinged bottom must be removed.
