Currently, Agrometal is presided over by Rosana Negrini, who has continued her father Juan Carlos Negrini's legacy. In 2004, Agrometal inaugurated a new industrial plant of 22,000 square meters, equipped with a fully automated mass production system. At the heart of this plant is an intelligent overhead conveyor, similar to those used in automotive terminals, which optimizes the manufacturing process and ensures high efficiency in the production of seed drills. Recently, the company also inaugurated new warehouses and a spare parts depot, improving its logistics and customer service capabilities. Currently, Agrometal employs around four hundred people in a 25,000 square meter plant, situated on a 19-hectare site.
Quality has always been a priority for Agrometal. In November 2007, the company obtained certification for its Quality Management System under the ISO 9001:2000 standard, reflecting its commitment to excellence in all aspects of its operations.
